I knew someone who has some special ability too but a bit different than this. He hears voices.
To the medical world, this can be due to an illness called schizophrenia. But need investigations to confirm.

Thank you @papanog, there are times that these ghosts scares me with their voice too, that is my own experience. Maybe I'll write about it next time. Thank you for your comment.
