Life will grow difficult if you don solves them in immediately. After you start working you are actually stepping into another world because you will have to face lot of challenges. You may heard your parents always keep telling you to be careful on what you are doing because later it will be easier for you to survive in the outside. what i mean is that after your school life or no longer staying with your parents but not the other planet. You will be thinking your parents are annoying because they kept telling same things to you over and over. Once you done your schooling then you will understand why your parents kept reminding you.

From my experience, i actually face this challenges after my school life. It was big different. i taught that working life will be more fun than studying. i regret after thinking that. You will begin to see different kind of human being with their characteristics in the world. You must be wondering ''Why this things is happening to me?''. For me it takes long time to understand someone characteristic and behavior because i don't know their background story or whether their personal habit.

i heard many other stories from my fellow friends saying that this is common things will happen if you are staying in the same room with other student. So i believe things would change but it will takes time.

Challenges:

Noise Pollution.

Like I said different people came from different background. It hard for me to understand others that i never live before. They will create noise pollution and you can't except it. The disturbance is not 100% from them . My friend who came along with me also create noise pollution in the morning but which is her alarm. For me, that is also disturbance but I've already adapt with the alarm noise.

Solution:

We did tell the facilitators about our concern and they actually consider that. The facilitators will have a talk with them about the problem and they actually agreed with each others.

Lack of respect.

Everyone deserve a respect from each others. What if people don't show respect to you? You probably will hate that kind of attitudes right. If you don't face it now maybe next time in future you will get that one.

Solution:

For me it was difficult to express my unsatisfied with them because i don't how to start conversation. What do i do? I take the chance to have little conversation with one of them. i know it was not something i like to do but if i don't take the chances the case would probably grow bigger and much difficult for me to stay along with them for the few months more. After the conversation she actually except what i said to her and both of us don't felt bad for each others

Irresponsible Team.

One of daily problem that i daily face is teammates work or assignment that is not completely 100% participate from each others. The work that is given from the speaker supposing must be done with the hands of all teammates but truly and sadly can be said that you and few members only done the work.

It was first time for everyone to touch the assignment and it was new things too to do. It not the same things you do in your school life like homework...homework..homework...and homework. What do we do as a teamwork? We actually separate different task to each of our teammates. That hows we solve the problem.
