Rice Wine Brew
This brew called "tapai" in the local dialect of Sabah Malaysia, is famous among the Kadazandusun and Murut tribe. It is usually being served during a wedding, family reunion or between friends when socializing. It took at least 2 weeks for the rice to be fully fermented and ready to be consumed.
