来自Daiso的超划算日本料理 - 冷面!

像我这样的懒人,最近竟然做了一餐日本料理?!

最近我发觉Daiso里的食品原来也可以弄成一餐超便宜又好吃的日本冷面。在这里就给大家介绍介绍。我对吃比较挑剔,所以我加了好几样佐料令味道更丰富一些。

酱汁

Wada宽鲣鱼露, 这个就是我们所称的 Soba Sauce.

它是这餐里主角中的主角,没了它就成不了事。别看它这样小小300ml一支,它可是浓缩了三倍精华的日式鱼露。所以要吃的时候记得要以1:3以上的比列用冷水调开(吃冷面当然要用冷水),加水加到你自己喜欢的浓度就好了。

面食

然侯就是我们的面食,在这里我推荐两种给大家!一种是日本素面,另一种就是荞麦面(Soba).

  • 素面(somen) - 我觉得比较像在吃粗的面线。吃了过后饱足感不会这样高,但是感觉比较清新。
  • 荞麦面(soba) - 因为淀粉质比较多,吃了会比较饱。但是口感弹牙。

对我来说,两种都各有各的好,我两种都有买了放柜子里。不想吃这么饱的话就选素面,想吃饱的话就选荞麦面,就这么简单。

如何处理

这两种面都很容易处理,先准备一盘冰水,再烧开另一锅水。水烧开了之后就把面放进去, 分量大概是一束一个人吃。素面煮两分钟,荞麦面煮3-4分钟就可以拿起来放进刚在准备好的冰水盘里了。然后在冰水了洗洗一下,把多余的淀粉质刷走,就可以上桌了。记得放几颗冰块在面的下面保持冰冷。

其实这样已经是完成了


只要把soba酱加冰水调好,就可以拿面沾着吃了。但是我还有进阶版!!

只要加上以下几样小材料,味道,质感和整个食用体验会更加丰富!!

芝麻 - 普通芝麻,随便烤一下让香气出来就好。
青葱 - 切粒
紫菜 - 切丝
芥末(wasabi) - 花生米大小就够了
鸡肉(弄成丝)- 我是用鸡胸肉煮熟了拔丝,什么都没加
柴鱼片 - 这个也是Daiso买的,两块八包

这餐的味道是真的可以媲美日本餐厅。日本餐厅一人份至少也要十多块,我这么弄给两个人吃,十块都不用!大家如果有什么容易弄的料理,请留言告诉我,我可能会去试试然后再上来写写报告分享给大家!
