The Pavlova


Watching the movie 2012, and thinking about what food dish I should put up tonight?
As you will have guessed by now I chose the Pavlova, typically more of a summer desert.
It makes for nice refreshing cold desert on a hot summer's night.
The cold cream and fresh fruits on the base, quite often also served with a scoop of ice cream.
Yummy.

Only about six months to go before summer. Don't know if I can wait that long for one.
