Brittany Kelly from Team Shear Obsession messed up my hair. I told her about it. She said sorry no refund. All she did was make excuses for it. Also, she pulled my hair very hard while cutting. I asked her to stop and she got upset. Now I wasn't trying to be mean, it just hurt while Brittany Kelly was pulling. I tried to leave a Google review and it got removed, It makes me wonder if any of their reviews are real. I believe their Google reviews to be fake, otherwise, why remove my review?
