Weekly Choice:  Kon Loh Mee Meat Ball

Hello dear food lovers. I had a nice meal today at Kedai Kopi Kim Hing Lee, Donggongon, Penampang. The coffee shop is famous for its pork noodles and their soup with its thinness of the pork slice.

It says here that this Kedai Kopi Kim Hing Lee officially opened on the 26.10.2010. So, I googled on the internet and it says that it actually started in 1982 where they are the first shop selling pork noodles in Kota Kinabalu city. This shop is one of their many branches.

Here is the menu and price for drinks. Unfortunately, did not manage to get the food menu.

I ordered this set of pork noodles and one bowl of soup with meatball. The soup is exceptionally tasty and nice.

The presentation of this bowl of dry noodles may look messy and unattractive, but once you taste it, it will not disappoint you. The lard aroma and the sauce makes it so tasty.

For drinks, I ordered this Iced cold Milk Tea. I usually ordered it hot but since its warm-sunny day outside, I opt for a cold one.

Overall, it's a great place for a nice pork noodle soup. It's a must-try dish if you happened to visit Sabah.

Business hour: Opened daily from 7.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
