Bin 4 Burger Lounge
What can I say, I love burgers, and have been going to this restaurant since they they first location up in Victoria, BC in Canada on Yates St.
Bin 4 Burger Lounge is a gourmet burger restaurant that makes all of their burgers from scratch everyday. No frozen wholesale patties here. They use brioche buns for most of their burgers and the toppings vary from burger to burger quite a bit. They do have vegetarian options as well and can make things work for vegan options. like the "Mr Bean" burger or the "Wild Mushroom"
My favourite burger is the "The Breakfast Club" This burger is huge and packed full of flavour.

Here are the ingredients of the Breakfast Club from their menu.
- 63 Acres BC pork & chorizo.
- fried egg
- Hertal's bacon
- house made roasted jalapeño guacamole
- roasted garlic aioli
- 5 yr cheddar
- butter lettuce
- tomato
- red onion
Sides
The sides pretty good here too and made with great local ingredients. The best part is you can get either 1 side, or 2 half order sides with your burger. So if you want to try their delicious onion rings but want some salad too that is totally okay. The red onion rings are huge and panko crusted as well. You can get house made potato chips or deep fried pickles.

Dips
Since Bin 4 likes to make everything in house, you bet their sides are homemade too. If you just like ketchup they make their own. If you like aioli you can try one of their many flavours, including bacon, jalapeño, vegan red-pepper. My favourites are the Basil and Chipotle Bourbon.
Monthly Feature
To top things off every month they have a feature burger, side, dessert and drink. This is great if you are a regular and want to switch things up.
I can't say I have had burgers like this from many places. If you are in Victoria, Kelowna or Vancouver check them out, always had great service and never been dissatisfied with the food!
