Material:
250 gr meat dragon fruit
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 pack of agar-agar plain
250 ml of water
Material fla:
2 pieces of egg yolks
4 tbsp granulated sugar
250 liquid milk
How to manufacture:
- Blender 200 grams of dragon fruit. Set aside
- Cook 250 water with sugar and agar-agar powder. Stir until boiling.Cool the agar until the steam is lost. Enter the dragon fruit which has been mashed. Mix well.
- Put the pieces of dragon fruit which has not been smoothed at the base of the pudding mold. Enter the liquid pudding into the mold pudding. Chill in the fridge to cool.
- Heat the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add the egg yolk. Mix well. Cook using low heat, cook until thickened. strain and refrigerate.
- Cut pudding and serve with fla cool.
