Sup udang adalah hidangan yang disediakan dengan udang udara tawar atau udara laut sebagai hidangan utama. Beberapa hidangan yang ada di berbagai daerah di dunia, termasuk Penang Prawn Mee di Malaysia, chupe de camarones di Peru, kaeng som kung di Thailand dan lain-lain. Sup udang dapat disajikan sebagai sup yang terbuat dari kaldu, kuah atau kari.
