Garuda Restaurant: Special Minang-Malay Foods

Indeed, everyone in various countries has different tastes, but the purpose of taste still lies in delicacy which is accepted by our own tongue.
Well... Steemians, Tasteemians, I want to try serving dishes from a pleasant restaurant, and now the branches have been opened in various regions in Indonesia. Namanya GARUDA RESTO - Special Minang-Malay Foods.
GARUDA restaurant gives a nuance of the archipelago that is quite impressive, this restaurant manages specific food. Here we can get Minang and Malay dishes. Garuda's reason for setting up this restaurant, based on the results of a survey which stated that there was still a lack of restaurant facilities, especially those providing Minang and Malay specific foods.
I started to know this restaurant since 10 years ago, although the Garuda restaurant was established in 1976 and continues to grow to this day.

KREMES FRIED CHICKEN
This is my favorite fried chicken, the taste is very savory, fried using grated coconut, grated ginger and grated galangal, coupled for other seasonings, make chicken taste is different when compared to fried chicken elsewhere.
When ordering a chicken, I always tell them to add its kremes, tasteful. "Kremes" is a kind of crispness in fast food fried chicken you'll ever see, it just tastes different.
JIRINGA CHILLI SAUCES
I think, you have not been eating this vegetable. It's called jengkol, one of the typical foods derived Javanese, these foods are very popular only by people who have ever tried it, if you do not try, you might be a little uncomfortable with the smell, but it was great, very tasty and addictive. In addition to the chili, jengkol is also delicious cooked with curry and stew, the name is "semur jengkol".
FLOURED FRIED SHRIMP
This shrimp before frying, first pierced by a stick, with 4 shrimp, they enter into a fried flour dough and add flavor. Crunchy when eaten. Shrimp was derived from shrimp choices, it was bigger than the size of an adult thumb.
