Restaurant sea food, sea blue edge aceh
Roasted soy sauce fish.
Serves 4 servings of medium size fish.
Material:
Grilled fish
1 cm ginger
4 cloves garlic
3 cloves of red onion
1 cm turmeric
Water of lemon flavor
Salt to taste

Seasonings for burning.
2 cloves of garlic
2 Spring onions
2 pieces of candlenuts
Coriander to taste
2 pieces of orange leaf slice
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce

Soy sauce:
3 small slices of tomato
1 cloves garlic mashed
Red onion thinly sliced according to taste
Cayenne according to taste.

Way:
- Fish cleaned offal without cleaning its scales. Blend of ginger, turmeric, 4 white bawnang, 3 onion. Apply to fish plus lemon juice. Leave an hour in the refrigerator. After an hour, remove and add salt.
- Blend marinade.
- Prepare the charcoal, then burn the fish until half cooked.
- Then sprinkle spices, and burn again until the fish is cooked.
- Prepare sambal ketchup.
- Tata grilled fish and soy sauce. Grilled fish ready to be enjoyed.
