Spiritual Talk - Animal Medicine Card

I haven't done my animal medicine cards for the community in a while....I will start this up again as many really enjoyed it.

Today's card is Coyote!

Coyote is known as the trickster in traditional circles. He is often surprised how he trips himself up. But there is another side to Coyote. Coyote is ever so stealth and is focused on their prize and act swiftly, nimbly and fearlessly. There is indeed a balance with Coyote medicine. One can easily fall into the foolishness of self delusion and yet there is a playful joke about it all.

Take Home Message
Look beneath the superficial surface for deeper understanding about your motivations. Are you being honest and true with yourself? Is someone trying to pull the wool over your eyes and not being truthful to you?

In all of this deeper understanding don't take life too seriously because at the end of the day laughing at oneself is the greatest way to learn from that which presents itself in ways that surprise us.
