To set tags you add #tagnames in your post.
If your having issues finding the upload buttons for videos and pictures on android take zappl app off fullscreen mode.
You can only post every 5 minutes.

this could be to you using special characters in your titles on mobile, have you tried web?
Tablet and phone. Not sure why it happens but a few other people said it happens to them as well.
What are you doing when you make a post? try putting no symbols and no markdown in the post. our site don't allow markdown.
So do not use hashtags within the post to make tags - ie #instructions
