6D inverted magnetically locked sphere - Tracktorbeam Ball

a 2D invertor magnet, turned into a 6D invertor magnet sphere - Tracktorbeam ball - Concept.

i have added several scales of magnet holders for experimenting with different magnet types, sizes and strengths. the general idea is to have the core be a strong repelling magnet, and a attracting mantle to create a system where both are attracting and repelling at the same time. the 2D ring has been invented before, but now one could try experimenting with placing magnets inside a spherical magnet holder, allowing for what could be a nice effect simulating oh i dont know, a solar system perhaps. if these magnetic balls were tight, closed and buoyant, they could float on water, and keep a magnetically locked distance from each other, while never being allow to touch. no gravity needed to explain this concept though. i have created two hemi's that can be forced together and then be twisted, locking the two hemi's and their magnets together while the cores repel each other. print 2 or more differently sized hemi's and experiment with different motions like turning the core, changing polarities etc. etc.
