Do it! It's really Blender is a slightly more organized and iconized UI, and defaults are a little more pleasant and compatible with software from Autodesk or others. But in essence it's not that much different (you can even continue with Blender hotkeys if you want.)
Everything is just a little easier to discover. I have to admit I only learned of Blender features AFTER discovering them in the UI of #BFA - even after years of using Blender.
