When P.E (Swimming) Hit the last date
It's was a very fun and enjoying journey that ends for 6 months. I've learn a lot of strokes and how to do it in a proper way.
It's to hard to run, but it's much harder to swim, for we are facing forces and pressure of water. That's why it is in need for us to feel the water, this not only for the proper way to swim but the proper way to survive and to rescue. I also knew that it is important to practice our lungs on breathing technique. If you we're beginner the you definitely practice breathing especially bubbling.
