A typical lunch box would have a foil or cling film wrapped sandwich, a cling film wrapped group of mixed veggies, maybe a plastic container of applesauce, and a juice box. While the components are pretty good, why does the packaging have to be so wasteful? (Both material AND money).

There are lots of ways to be sustainable without making a huge change AND without you spending way to much money.

If something is beyond your budget, just think of it as an investment. You’ll only buy it once and it’ll last a long time; You won’t have to keep buying more because you’re trashing the used ones.
