thank you theguruasia, yes very hard to find the balance to attract investors and content creators, currently there is no incentive to upvote a good content, so even though one may enjoy a post he/she may choose not to upvote as it is voluntary to do so, and then give the vote to a friend who would be upvoting back as a return of favor
