I always opt for sugar in mega small doses. I was not happy to find out the drink packets (tang) were part sweetener and my kids had been drinking them for years as an alternative to Coke. Hmmm. Anger rising in me.

Which is the greater evil, sweeteners or refined sugars?
Do both cause diabetes issues?
