The members of the jury were penguins. Every last one of them. The judge was a polar bear, the bailiff was a seal. They all looked a her like she was the worst sort of criminal and slowly began chanting, "Guilty..."
Always the same dream whenever she drove the SUV.
I've spoken about climate change before. It's easier to notice rising sea levels when you live on an island and while the situation is far from unbearable, things clearly aren't as they were.
The random word this story was based on was "jury".
