hay temiants semua yang ada di planet bumi

Setelah lelah beraktifitass kita perlu yang namanya istirahat, untu supaya kerja kita tetap bisa berjalan lancar biar pun itu hanya sebentar yang penting istirahat.
Selain makan dan minum kita juga perlu yang namanya apa aja yang penting rehat
Berikut beberapa makanan dan yang saya makan pada jam istirahat....
