Gietl the smuggler

After the second world war in a valley called Gsies there was a smuggler. They were in need of sugar, sweetener and tobacco. So the people of this valley had a problem. The "Gsieser" how they are called by the population of "Südtirol" (South Tyrol with about 535.000 citizens in the 21th century). A guy called Gietl began to smuggle?! He tried to bring 200 scythes in the region. The watchmen caught him and brought him wounded to the hospital. After the releasing of the medical center he didn’t surrender. He went on the next big coup. The Austrian border control caught him a second one. He left to lie his meat which he brought from the other country. Gietl runs down to the gastronomy hut "Stumpf Alm" to get his gun. Then he run back to the border and shot to the officiers. 1960 he stopped smuggling because he get married.
