"ME TOO-THE MOVEMENT"- Perhaps the the most discussed, the most highlighted, the most lime lighted phrase of the year 2017 and 2018 worldwide. But the billion dollar question is - does it has bring any change in the mindset of the society? Does this movement has some bad impact also? Does this movement brings a change in the life style of the women who live at the very bottom of the society. Here is the story...
THE STORY OF #ME TOO-THE MOVEMENT..
Christine (name of the girl) was depressed. She had faced a lot in last 6 months. It was not like that she had not tried to settle everything.She had tried a lot but unfortunately instead of getting a solution out of it everything just messed up. The pain crossed all the boundary and then Christine decided to end it all. But before that she sat on her terrace looked at the sky and tried to replay her unique horrible life story inside her mind for very last time.
How her father always wanted a boy and proofing wrong to the expectations of her father she took birth and spoiled her fathers dream from day one of her life.How her less physical beauty and black skin color as compared to her 2 young sisters always created a mental tension for her parents regarding her marriage. How being a good student she had to struggled a lot to get a job and at last got a job which was not in her favorite list. How every man whom she liked in her life never looked towards her for a single glance. Eyes were full of tears,heart full of pain she looked towards the open sky and asked to almighty why me god,why me?
Do you know?:- Tarana Burke, an American social activist, began using the phrase "Me Too" in 2006, and the phrase was later popularized by American actress Alyssa Milano, on Twitter in 2017.
"Its enough", she told to herself and move towards her bed room, opened the drawer in hurry and grab multiple sleeping tablets. She about to swallow them when suddenly the door bail rang. she felt goose bumps in her body and tried to avoid them."you have nothing to do with the outer world, you should leave now", she convince to herself and tried to swallow the tablets again but she couldn't because the bell rang again. She got irritation and shouted,"oh god, could you let me die peacefully or not?.
After some moments of continuous rang of bell Christine opened the door and what ever she saw was not pleasing at all. There was a unknown person standing at her door with non-required smile on his face."Whats your problem?", she asked irritatingly to the person. The person got nervous and said politely,"Mam, I am Jimmy". This answer made Christine more irritated and she expressed her anger by saying," what I have to do with that, whether you are Jimmy or Tommy or what ever". "No, no mam, you take my words on a wrong way, actually I was with you in the bus travel to "Harpers Ferry National Historical Park"(A national park in USA). "Harpers Ferry", this much was sufficient to think about a lot for Christine. She bounded to rethink and her facial expression changed." Mam ,I have a lot of things to share with you but that is not possible here, can I get inside?", He asked with a cute smile on his face. Now, Christine was between a hard and a rock place, what will she do?, she was just on the verge of making suicide and suddenly a anonymous person asking her to enter inside her house what should she do?. Then she think what would happen wrong with her more than murder or rape, and if this happens then also her aim fulfilled because she wanted to end her life. So, without thinking much she allowed him inside her room.
It took some time for both of them to normalize and receive each other and for some moment Christine forgot that she wanted to make suicide. Jimmy was a pleasant person and well behaved.so, Christine decided to give her a cup of coffee. Now Jimmy was in her safe radar. After few moments by taking a sip of coffee Jimmy said to Christine,"Mam, if you permit me I want to share with you something very private and sensational". This sentence made Christine little uncomfortable because she was completely aware about her bad luck. She could sense that something bad again was going to be happen. But she decided to face it one more time before ending her life (perhaps). "Be feel free to ask me anything",she answered with a fake smile.
Jimmy took a deep breath and said," Mam,the person who touched your private parts that night by taking the advantage of the situation was non other than me". It was a great shock for Christine. Suddenly she felt uneasy. Because it was one of that secret in her life which was not known to any other person expect herself. She took her eyes away from Jimmy and the whole incident start replaying inside her memory.
Do you know?:-The real purpose of "Me Too" as used by Tarana Burke(American social activist) in 2006, was to empower women through empathy, especially young and vulnerable women. In October 2017, Alyssa Milano encouraged using the phrase as a ‘#’ to help reveal the extent of problems with sexual harassment and assault by showing how many people have experienced these events themselves.
That night when she was traveling by bus to Harpers national park, the seat was vacant just beside her and the conductor of the bus switched off all the lights as it crossed midnight and the lights were making peoples awake, so to be comfortable enough conductor did that. Christine was feeling sleepy. She about to took a snooze when suddenly she felt some one came and sat the seat beside her.She knew that some one who came and sat beside her was a man but she didn't give much importance as she was about to snooze. All of a sudden she felt something on her breasts.It was a nightmare for Christine. The grab of his hand gone tight time to time, his hands shifted from breasts to genital organ. Christine thought inside her mind that she should start yelling and oppose this kind of inhuman acts,she was convinced to do so but suddenly something from her heart said," Christine, stop what you are doing,throughout your life you want some one's love,affection and touch but your less physical beauty never allows a man to come near you. Today it is happening with you although not with your consent but who knows tomorrow it may or may not happen with you, so stop let him do what he want". Suddenly the drives put his leg on the breaks and jerk waked up everyone. Bus conductor put the lights on and Christine looked towards right. No one was there. The person had already vanished.
Do you know?:- Some men have expressed the desire to keep a greater distance from women since " #MeToo " went viral because they do not fully understand what actions might be considered inappropriate.
Sweats were all over Christine's fore head as Jimmy admit her sin. Christine asked with a tremble voice,"I even didn't know who did this to me,then why you came here?, there was free path to escape for you then why you are admitting it?". Jimmy looked deep into the eyes of Christine and said," From some days there is running a movement called '#Me-Too', where women from different sector come forward to tell the sexual harassment they have faced during different time and place..... Christine, I had seen,hear and realize how bad society think about those who did such kind of low grade work, how nasty deeds done by people like us depressed and harassed women very deeply, it touch my soul, I loose respect for myself.I tried a lot to sleep from last 15 days but could not. Christine,I have 3 options right now, no.1. I want to give you respect by marry you if you agree, no.2 please file a case against me so that I will go to jell where I could regret for my sin and perhaps get back my self respect and third I will commit suicide. Jimmy broke down and started crying like a child. Christine completely felt his sorry , she came near him, hug him tight and started saying with a painful voice,"Jimmy I even don't know completely who are you, but your clear heart confession give me a purpose to live and thank you....I want to go with the first option". Jimmy with trembling voice expressed his gratitude to god," Thank god to give me a second chance to re-correcting my sin". Christine smiled and gave a kiss on the forehead of Jimmy and said," No...thanks #Me-Too"....they both smiled....

ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION..
Hear a lady who is depressed in her life due to her loneliness,failure and lack of beauty decided to end her life. But suddenly she mate in her life who confess his past sin done to that lady due to the effect of #Me-Too movement. As a result of which the lady gets a new life purpose and respect and the man gets back his self respect by their mutual decision of getting married with each other.
HOW COULD WE HANDLE SUCH SITUATION IN A BETTER WAY..
1.Always remember that women have their own desires and consents.It is completely illegal and inhuman activity to assault some one against her will and harass her in any manner.
- Whether we are men and women, just think, bulling of one part of human race against other in any manner should be strictly avoided because we all are human beings. we should be completely free to live our life in our own terms. There shouldn't be any forceful activity even if it is sex also.
3.Women empowerment and women safety should be the responsibility of real men.So always give importance to it and respect all women as much as possible so that there will be no need of #Me-Too movement in the future.
