Great post and beautifully chosen words my friend .. I can really relate to the outdoor meditation/energy transfer .. spent many an hour hugging trees :D Thanks for sharing.

    thank you and great to here. I was in London for a wedding and saw a guy in the middle of London hugging a tree amazing :)
