Egusi and Eba

This is one very tasty African delicacy.
Guess what i am going to be teaching you steemians how to prepare this tasty dish.
Indegrents for the soup are:

  1. One cup of Mellon
  2. 1/10 liter of palm oil
  3. One ball of onion
  4. Some diced pepper
  5. A fresh fish
  6. 1/2 table spoon of salt
  7. Some Vegetable
    Indegrents for the Eba are:
  8. 1/2 liter of water.
  9. 2 cups of garri.

How to prepare the EBA.

  1. Boil the water
  2. Poor the boiled water in a bow and add the garri till the water is covered completely
  3. Turn the mixture till you are no longer seeing raw garri.
    How to prepare the egusi
  4. Grind the Mellon to powdered form
  5. Grind the onion bulb till it is in a pasty form
    Mix it with the Mellon.
  6. Put the pot on the fire cook for 10minutes then add the fish, pepper, and salt then after two minutes add the oil then serve.
