EXOECIST- Episode 4

Angela returned with her friends,there were half a dozen of them and they all came in a space bus and a Ferrari. Charlie learnt their names as they exchanged pleasantries with Angela and Richard who seemed to know them.

Comfort was the calm quite girl; Lara was the extremely agitated girl that seemed to be all over the place; James seemed to be a quite composed guy- James and Lara seemed to be together but Laea kept denying it; Daniel was the big boy with the expensive haircut and beard; Tommy had a low budget efiggy of Daniel haircut and no beard; Ben was the nervous guy that kept on looking over his shoulders; Isaac was one of those guys that were extremely into footwear and his jeans could have been made of iron.

Charlie watched them in bewilderment as the noise they made was so unholy he thought of spraying them with holy water. They could have well been possessed. He however busied himself by checking out Angela's house.

The interior design was nice and spoke elegance like someone who wasn't always at home but wants to come home to a good view. The walls were painted white and the curtains were a shade of white and black. A wide Tv set was on one of the walls with complementing sound systems. On one of the walls were displayed a sword sets, dummies as Charlie thought. If they were not dummies, he wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of Angela.

Charlie was about to join the merry band at the table when it happened.

A chill down his spine, made him check his sling bag. There was a compass in the bag and he opened it without bringing it out of the bag. The compass pointer spun madly like it was broken. Charlie began to feel uneasy. Why would a demon be in Angela's house? How was he going to explain to everyone that he thought someone amongst them might have been possessed.

Just as Charlie was thinking on what to do, Daniel stood up from his chair and walked off to the rest room. The way he carried himself and the darkness in his eyes made Charlie suspect he must have been possessed.

Lara was saying something a about James bringing them to the party in a Ferrari when Charlie asked Angela for duct tape which she answered
'Check the store' and continued her chat with Lara and Comfort while Tommy,Ben, Isaac and Richard talked sports.

Charlie beckoned Richard to accompany him to the store while Lucky floated in the air behind him. He did his best to avoid scolding the churlish Lucky for his demeanor while the others were looking.

Charlie got the duct tape and headed for the rest room with Richard taking the rear and complaining about having a ghost hunt in Angelas home.

'It's not any ghost hunt. I believe someone had been possessed and we'll have to perform an exorcism.' Charlie explained to a worried Richard.

'You had that same tone before you went ahead and burnt my house' Richard said reminiscing how Charlie had told him he was going to perform an exorcism in his house. He regretted allowing him,but here he was again planning another 'exorcism' in his friend's house.

'I hope Angela has insurance.' Richard soliloquized.
The trio was faced with the proof of possession as they saw dhayms drawing a symbol on the floor with toothpaste and chalk. It was a pentagram in a circle.

'James's beard' Charlie screamed on seeing the pentagram. 'He's calling in more demons. We need to stop him at any cost'.

Richard had little time to proces Charlie's message as Charlie had jumped Daniel,knocking him onto the ground.

The next minute,Charlie had pinned the surprised Daniel and held his head out in a lock.

'Knock him out.' Charlie yelled at Richard while he was losing his grip on the possessed Dhayms who seemed to be getting stronger by the minute.

Richard looked around him and found a bottle. He could see that Daniel was possessed,what with the sounds he was making and the look in his eyes.

Richard picked up the bottle and in three long strides he was in front of the duo. He raised his weapon skyward and was about to hit on Daniel's head.

Daniel ducked his head and pulled Charlie forward such that the bottle Richard swung hit him on the temple.

Charlie was knocked out cold and Richard could feel the fear dance in his stomach as Daniel stood dramatically in front of him, his form menacing.
