I started sadhana. I wanted to meet the stars and the portals which would show me new worlds. But I was wrong. I had my own mind issues like I wanted to run away from the life issues. And the sadhana made things worst for me. It got all my fears out and only made my connection to new worlds a bit harder. Sadhana requires peace of mind before you can see new spirits and worlds.
