I remember the time of depression. When I was not going anywhere. I was just watching movies and the tv series and gaining weight. I also lost the good job which was feeding my family. And that lead to me going on solo travel and eventually i get to meet the beach. The beach experience was pretty good. And it turned out to be well for my soul too. Each ocean wave I remember that touched my depression.
