Documentary Review Making a Murderer P2 E9 Friday Nite

in #story6 years ago

As Teresa is driving around on the day she goes missing she is making calls and making appointments. She jots these appointments down by hand onto a weekly planner. This same planner is given to police by ex boyfriend Ryan Hillegas. He again ties himself to the victim and her car. How the hell did he have that planner? Phone records and the people she was talking to both confirm she was making appointments with them on the day she went missing. Her notes from those calls are on the planner. Ryan Hillegas is now connected to the victim and her car after she leaves Steven.

A truck driver says he saw the rav4 on the highway and reported it to a sheriff at the gas station. That sheriff was Colborn. Again, Colborn. This happens before Colborn called in the plates. Colborn did not make a report of this. This was 2 days before the rav4 was discovered. The location of the rav4 is three tenths of a mile from Scott Tadych's trailer. The house closest to where the rav4 was parked? It was purchased by Scott Tadych shortly after the murder. They're living quite close to where the car was ditched. Scott Tadych is the one who says the flames were 3 feet high one day and 10 feet the other day. This is the same guy who was happy when Steven was sentenced. Scott Tadych says he and Bobby passed each other on the same highway that day, Bobby was on his way to hunt deer behind Scott's house.

Remember, had Colborn written a report on what the truck driver told him about seeing the rav4 Steven could never have been convicted.

The Averys claim they see some lights around their property on the night before the rav4 was discovered. Phone records confirm this. Steven said he checked it out but didn't find anything. That night Ryan Hillegas' phone records show multiple calls from an unknown number, most likely law enforcement. The next morning, the morning the rav4 is found on the Avery property, Wiegert sets up the search of the property.

Drizin and Nirider continue to prepare to again, this time to present to 7 judges instead of 3. This is the last step before the supreme court. They present. Williams and Rovner maintain their skepticism of the "confession". Wood joins them in basically laughing at State's counsel. Hamilton and Sykes are obvious dunces along with Kanne. Hamilton is worried about shell casing in the garage for some bewildering reason. Sykes claims Nirider is trying to create new law for some reason, completely missing the fact that filthy interrogators turned a basically retarded boy's head around for a bizarre statement that has no connection to evidence. The only one we aren't sure about is what Easterbrook is thinking.

At every opportunity the Wisconsin filth continue to express concern for the family of the victim. This is something everyone has and it is not an argument. Equal concern should be given to innocent men as well as victims. Just repeat that to yourself every time the filth brings up the victim's family.

This episode concludes with a compelling reenactment of Bobby following Teresa when she leaves the property.
