Graphic Novel Design Concepts part2

I never asked the design tutors what they thought of my own logo design.
I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on it though.

I wanted to capture the essence of the old SterTrek TV shows, where 'Enterprise' zooms across screen at warp speed, leaving an ion trail behind it.
I created a PowerPoint presentation with the logo bursting out of the bottom left hand corner of the screen and flying up and across.
I wanted Janine’s elder brother, Sean to have a scruffy, unkempt look. Anna is closer to it in the top middle, but I don’t want a ‘designer’ scruff look. Her tutor said this guy would have the girls swooning.

We haven’t quite captured the look I want for Cindy or Maria yet. The designs are great, but I’m very fussy about the characters I want.
So it's back to the drawing board for them, and time to look for new concept artists.




I'm still looking for a comic book artist who wants to co-operate on a crowd funding campaign to get the project created.
So if you know someons, please tell them about it.
