The Magician of Advertising
Thomas J. Barrell was not intelligent in the study. Their performance in schools was very common in the intelligence test. Due to the same thing, their parents were worried about what would Thomas do when he grew up, his livelier and future life? Thomas's parents talked to their school teachers about their concerns. Then the teachers comforted his family and said that 'Thomas has artistic intelligence'. Thomas decided to build this quality in his life.
After some time, somebody suggested the writing of ads by Thomas in his artwork and writings, and he also tried to get his job done. He got a job worth $ 50 a month in the mail section in the 'Wade Advertising' company in the month of 1960. But because of his interest in writing the advertisement, he did not have a heart in his job. One day he spoke to the company's directors about his misery and asked for an opportunity to write advertisements. The company will benefit if such an opportunity is available. Some of the advertisements written by Thomas have been shown to the directors. Considering the love of Thomas, he was given the opportunity to write advertisements. They got good response for written ads.
After some time advertising experience, Thomas started his own advertising company in 1971. Initially, they had to undergo huge troubles. In the first six months, his company went to bankruptcy. But they did not give up. In 1972 he got a big brand in the form of McDonald. That ad got a good response. Later, the companies of Coca-Cola, Ford Motor, Johnson and Johnson, Procter & Gamble, were promoted by Thomas' company. He was awarded the world's highest Cleia award to promote Thomas' esteem.
