Wind Blowing By

Have you ever seen the wind blow high
High enough for the birds to feel as they race

Fast or slow these birds fly until their hearts content
Flying with little care from the wind blowing around it

Have you ever heard the wind blow strong
So strong you can not take

Take the cold chill that creeps upon your ears
Ever so nippy, but you will not break

Have you ever smelled the aroma the wind may bring
The wonderful scent of trees, pies, and stew

This wind has feelings, emotions, and more
It can even take you to a place you never knew

A clue of where to be at the right time
The wind brings wonders to those in need

In need to cool down for just a bit
The wind will always come for those who heed

Heed word to what I will say to you now
The wind will do wonders to those who show

Show passion, show joy, no fear, very content
Content to live life, never stop, just go
