lupus and pastor
There was a young man named Lupus. Lupus was born of a simple, faithful Christian family to the church. Since childhood, lupus is diligent in attending Sunday school worship and other spiritual activities. He is often taught by Sunday school teachers to memorize some biblical passages in terms of Sunday school lessons. However, when he was an adult, he received less attention from both parents who are busy with their own busyness. So lupus itself lives with a mess. He started not going to church, and bad association made him even more, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, brawls and other mischiefs.
at one point, on Saturday night, Lupus and his friends were having a drinking party together. Then there was a fight between another group of youths with Lupus friends. Lupus itself is involved in the fight. "It was not realized by Lupus, suddenly came the police who were on patrol to secure the current situation.
Lupus and his friends immediately ran and hid from the ambush of the police officers who were on the patrol. Because in a state of intoxicated, unconsciously Lupuspun hid in the compound of a church. and then because he was tired after running around, he fell asleep right in front of the church door. The next day because it coincides with Sunday, the day for worship in the church, came the church pastor to open the church door and prepare for worship while Lupus himself was still asleep in front of the church door. Then the priest was surprised to see the stranger fall asleep at the door of the church.
Then immediately the priest wakes Lupus and says "hey .. hey .. hey .. wake up, wake up .. why are you sleeping in there?" hearing the words, Lupus woke up and said "Is it my fault, when I am in my father's house?" the priest becomes confused and again asks: "Are you a son of man?" Lupus replied: You said it yourself "While talking to the priest there came a policeman who was still looking for Lupus from last night and then saw Lupus talking to the pastor in front of the church and the police immediately ambushed Lupus for police station. Lupus then said to the priest: "It is time for the son of man to be delivered into the hands of sinners!"

Brother, from the story of Lupus we can see how the lives of most people who claim to be Christians (followers of Christ). they can easily speak the word of God, memorize it, even adapt it to a state of self-defense of error. But to meditate on and act according to the word of God, many people find it difficult to do so because they despise and do not believe fully in the word of God even though they are said to be Christians.

but what is true for us as devout Christians is as Joshua 1: 2 says, we are to speak the word of God, meditate on it day and night, and act according to what the word of God says so that we become people which is successful and blessed by God
