"Andorra"

In this post I am talking about the book "Andorra".

Andorra is a village where everything takes place. The main person in this book is "Andri". The father (Can), tells the people, that Andri is a "Jew". He knows that this is not true but everyone believes him, it even goes so far that Andri himself belives it.
In the last chapter is the "Jewish show". According to the soldier, he sees it in the corridor, who is Jewish. Andri's finger is cut off because he did not want to give the wedding ring. After the "show", his fiance "weißelt" - that means, she overpaints the "past". It's like nothing happened.
On the day before, a passer-by hoped, that there will be no rainfall overnight. That means nobody wants the past to come to light.

The past is always catching us up, but ultimately it is we who are to blame.

This book is not a true story, but it used to be so similar to the past, and i think that everyone arround the world should know how we humans can putter ourselves into something and not even noting it ourselfes.
