The Sting Ray Wasn’t That Good
I decided to try Sting Ray in Thailand but I didn’t really like it. The shark meat tasted better. Also I ate a lot of Chicken Patai. It was sort of a go to for me. The best I had was at a place on the Phi Phi Islands
It was what I consider to be proper nourishment!
I had shark once in San Francisco. It was gamy.
The Shark I had tasted like a tuna steak.

I have heard that it is pretty hard to make sting ray taste good. I think it starts to spoil too fast so if it isn't super fresh it will taste a little off.
