I wish I knew. It still feels erratic to me so it's hard to figure out a pattern. My previous guess was Hillary was incapacitated, but then she was on Jimmy Fallon. So that was either pre-recorded or she was able to get there somehow. Gotta wait and see who shows up where to figure out what's happening first.
