The oil is obtained from the kernels of thorny argan fruit. After harvest, the fruits are dried in the sun or in the oven, then the pulp and peel are removed. Each nut found in the fruit must be cracked by hand. The seeds are then grounded and pressed to obtain an oil. It is rich in vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
