Today’s Workout and Friends Time

Hey everyone! I want to share about my day today. It was pretty good day for me.

My Workout Session

So today I did back and biceps workout at the gym. Here’s what I did:

Back exercises - I did 4 different exercises for my back muscles. They were tough but I feel good after finishing them. My back is little sore now but that’s normal after good workout.

Biceps - Did 2 exercises for biceps. I can really feel the pump in my arms! Biceps workout is always fun for me.

Lower back - Also did 1 exercise for lower back because it’s important to keep it strong and healthy.

Cardio - After all the weights, I walked on treadmill for 30 minutes. The cardio was relaxing after heavy lifting. I usually don’t like cardio much but today it felt good.

Time with Friends

After gym, I went to meet my friends at nice place. We sit outside and had some drinks together. You can see in the photo - we had good time talking and relaxing. The weather was perfect for sitting outside.

It’s always nice to spend time with friends after workout. Makes me feel more relaxed and happy.

How I Feel

I’m tired but in good way. My muscles worked hard today and I spent quality time with people I care about. This is what I call successful day!

Tomorrow I think I will do legs or maybe chest. Haven’t decided yet.
