Quick Look at Small Local Gym

I want to share with you the gym where I work out. This place is really nice for people who don’t like crowded big gyms and want something more personal.

The gym has green artificial grass floor which looks cool and different. I can see they have good treadmills, lots of dumbbells (even some Captain America ones!), and space for floor exercises. The atmosphere is friendly and not scary at all.

I will make video soon to show you inside this gym so you can see everything better. This way you can decide if this type of small gym is good for your fitness journey too.
