And here is my story

During our A Levels exams of 2014, we started planning a trip. Though we are tour freak and we had traveled a lot of places around Bangladesh. So that is why that time also we were planning to go somewhere after finishing our exams. So few of my friends gave a lot of ideas about places, some gave about Bali as well, which we all know that the place is very costly. So in the end, we came with the Place Kuakata . We had never been to Kuakata before, so that is the reason many friends of mine along with me are interested to visit the places, but few friends are not interested, but why is that? Because they think like Cox Bazar and Kuakata are both the same places. So we don’t know about the place much as we had never been to Kuakata. So we told them that ‘let’s see brother, let’s give a try’. And then we all end up with the decision that the day we are going to end the exam on that day we are about to leave for Kuakata.

So, according to the schedule, we booked some seats of a long coach bus the day before we left for Kuakata, which will take us to the Daughter of the Sea. So at night we told to every parent of ours and arranged the bags luggage and left home. Our parents never stand against our trips, because they know very well that no one can’t ever stop us to go for trips. So finally we started our journey from the bus stand of Narayanganj, where we all gathered before the leaving time of the bus. We were ready with many water bottles, chips, juices, medicines and also polyethenes for safety. We were all ready for the start of the journey and were all sitting and waiting for the bus to leave. The bus was enough to hold 30 couples probably. And the bus was awesome, with great looks of lighting inside, too many comfortable seats, and also with some couple of very well-mannered people on the bus.*

So, according to the time and routine, we started a journey for the Kuakata, and every friend of us was almost sleepy on the bus as because of the other night where every one of us stayed awake and studied for the exam, so basically, none of us slept for 48 hrs. So every one of them slept. I plugged my headphones on my ear, played some soft music, and started feeling the soft cold breeze that coming from the outside as the bus was traveling fast. So watching the views and hearing songs and traveling took 3 hrs to reach ‘Meghna Ghat’. It is simply a dockyard, from where ‘Ferry’s used to taking cars buses trucks to the other part of the Meghna River. So to get the serial of our bus for the space of ferry we had to stay there for more 3 hrs as there were a lot of vehicles on the line. So we friends climbed down the bus and roamed around the place. Trust me those who had never gone to Meghna Ghat, can never realize what is the word ‘Breeze’ actually known as.

We ate fried fishes, fried chickens with hot cooked rice. We had the popular tea of the Meghna and also other stuff. So basically roaming around the places took 4 hrs for us. And our bus finally took the place on the ferry and the ferry is about to leave to cross the Meghna River. I am again saying I can’t actually make you believe about how view there. And then we started our journey on Meghna River. There were four friends with me named, Mustafa Alif, Reaz Ahmed, Arman Alvi, Shukhamoy Saha, and me myself Mohammed Mahisur Rahaman. We traveled the river Meghna. The river was wonderful and it still looks awesome at the night as well.

So we finally crossed the river which took approximately 2 hours, and we climbed back to the bus to the destination place. The bus started the journey. And we had to face 2 more ferries during our way. Which is a bit small ferry compared with the Meghna’s one

Finally, we had reached to Kuakata with a journey of 8 hrs, and we had safely landed a distance from the Kuakata Beach. We 5 are tired as hell, so decided not to go the beach now. And we planned for some rest. But we didn’t book any hotel online before. So we had to search for the hotel. And the luckiest part is, we got a seaside hotel and also affordable which was named ‘Hotel Sea Queen.int’. The hotel was literally Bae. We took such a flat on the hotel that, through that, we can accomplish the whole view of the beach. The hotel gave the full fine feelings of the beach from inside. We were like, sitting serially beside the window sometimes beside the balcony, and was looking from end to end of the beach, I mean the till the range we can see. The soft breeze of the sea and the drops of rains literally Started shaking us. Still, it was fun.

After unpacking every stuff and unpacking our bags we decided to have some breakfast and come back to the hotel and take a nap till evening. So that our body can get some rest. So according to the plan we get downstairs for breakfast and we had ‘Paratha’ with ‘Daal Vaji’. And came back to the hotel and slept.

We woke up in the evening and had a wonderful sleep. Our body is now fully relaxed and is ready to have fun on the beach. So got up from the bed, fresh our self and also get dressed for the fun.

We 5 got out of the hotel and started walking towards the beach. We meet some of our district’s people as well as put district’s people. The sun was on top of us. And it was literally burning the skin as the other night was the full rainy night on Kuakata so the sky is now completely fresh. As we got close to the beach we can smell the salts of the sea, the sands of the beach and it was like awesome, I really can’t make you believe how it was. So we ran to the beach we started doing funs and get drowned etc. And we passed time till the sunset over there. Basically, nature is completely calm, no noise and the sea is like, if you step on it once, the sea won’t leave you. It will hold you tightly by its beauty. I have never seen such a sea like Kuakata. I will rate Kuakata 10 out of 10. Because according to the coast and sea shorelands of Bangladesh, Kuakata is at the top for me. Basically, we friends never snap too many photos, because we stay busy on the trip so no one ones to click pictures.

So, after that, we got back to the hotel as we all are drowned. So one by one we took shower and get dressed which took 3 hrs to be refreshed again. After that, we were sitting on our flat, playing cards and planning for the next day. So one of my friends took some ideas about a bike ride, by which we can travel the whole beach and also few more places which I can’t even remember the names. And the ride was affordable. So we had dinner and while doing gossiping we passed the whole night.

The next day we woke up and we are ready for the bike trips. As we are 5 people so we took 2 bikes rent. And started our riding. The road was like a silver plate went through the edges of green layers. The whole sky was blue, the road was fully silvered because of the bitumen and the trees are like covering the road from the sun. We felt so good that we rode the bikes with low speed so that we can feel the nature and really we did. Nature was like pulling us towards it. After riding an hour we meet the beach which we have to cross with our bike to see bunches of crabs and also to go the other place.

So the other day from the morning till the sunset we rode bikes and roamed the whole place near the Kuakata, places which are attractive. There was a guide for us who guided us to travel the following places. It was a bit risky for us to ride on the beach. But as the sun is getting down we have to do it fast. So managed that somehow. And had a wonderful experience. Then after that evening we went to the hotel, had some fun, ate our dinners and then slept. After spending 2 nights 3 days we started out journey back to Narayanganj by bus. And we started out journey on the evening. So that’s how we passed the journey on Kuakata. I can’t really make you feel how awesome it was. I love the place Kuakata. It has a wonderful beach which is far better than Cox Bazar. The place is a bit quiet, there is no chaos no noise, simply calm nature. The rice and the ‘Vorta’ of Kuakata and the Fish, as well as the meat, are just bae. I can bet you that those who had never gone to Kuakata, he or she never experienced the nature of Bangladesh. Just have a visit to that place. I can bet you that you will fall in love with the place. Still, we feel guilty that we should stay there for more 3 or 4 days as we were there just for 2 nights 3 days. But no worries we will be going for Kuakata again after a couple of months.

So I hope to see you their guys and you must visit Kuakata. You will be amazed by seeing that Bangladesh is not less than another country. It has some wonderful place which is better than other countries.
