THE BRAIN
The brain is the organ inside the head that controls the activities and enables thinking and feelings such as heat and pain.
The brain is the most complex organ in the human body and perhaps the most remarkable. The brain is made up of billions of cells called neurons, the cells send messages to and from the brain. According to the world health organization, the following are habits that may damage health severely.
No breakfast : People who do not take breakfast are going to have a low sugar level, the level of the insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain thereby causing brain degeneration.
Over reaction : It causes hardening shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease (condition in which a person`s brain gradually stops working properly)
High sugar consumption: Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption to proteins and malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
Working your brain: During illness, working hard and studying may lead to a decrease effectiveness of the brain.
Sleep deprivation : Sleep allows our brain to rest, long term deprivation of sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells
Stimulating thoughts that may cause brain shrinkage
Head covered during sleep: Sleeping with the head covered may increase the concentration of carbon of dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effect.
Talking rarely: Intellectual conversations promotes the efficiency of the brain.
Smoking: It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
Air pollution: The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
