According to the Mayo Clinic, it is safe for the typical healthy adult to consume a total of 400 mg of caffeine a day.
Even though energy drinks are often advertised in a way that suggests they have unique benefits, There is no evidence that proves that other content provides further benefits besides the high content of caffeine.
Although, The dietary supplement may have been aimed at detoxification purposes and mental health sustainability, But there hasn't been any concrete evidence that they serve their purpose, probably due to the high caffeine content.

GLUCURONOLACTONE;
This naturally occurring substance with the iupac name;[(2R)-2-[(2S,3R,4S)-3,4-Dihydroxy-5-oxo-tetrahydrofuran-2-yl]-2-hydroxy-acetaldehyde]

It was a Vietnam War-era drug, manufactured by the American government.
Moreover, glucuronolactone is hydrolyzed in the body (like butyrolactone) to glucuronic acid, which may be oxidized to glucaric acid, or isomerized to another hexuronic acid, so there is no reasonable toxicity mechanism.

Brilliantly and well written article, very interesting and educative. Thanks for the light!

Good and nice findings. Well, for those that can't stay off caffeine totally just make sure you don't take it during your leisure hours. Catabolism of course is a process that shoot up when a trace of caffeine is detected. Once broken down it must be mopped and used up as in work!

Of course bruv, the abuse is just too much

Very timely information bro. Well, drink responsibly is still recommended

I'll be honest some of the science was a bit over my head but I loved the message and think you explaining. Intuitively these drinks seem unhealthy and completely impacting the central nervous system but I'm always up to learning more. Thank you!
