congratulations to this great post! very interesting written and well organized. I am a medical student writing my diploma thesis about the fears of parents concerning vaccination. The fact, that the emotional way is the more effective one to convince parents is new to me and a good point for my discussion. Thanks a lot!

Thank you so much! I hope my sources can be of benefit to you. Working as a science educator and with parents, especially those in the hospital, has made me turn 180 degrees in how I approach people. I feel very strongly that this is why interdisciplinary approaches are so valuable in STEM, medicine, and other fields.
