LATEST SPACE MISSIONS OF 2018 : ISRO

Hello Steemians, I hope you all celebrated to the fullest on the occasion of New Year with your family, friends and dear ones. The last year has been a great experience for me and I want to extend my special thanks to the team members of @steemstem for their support on my first post!! Today I bring my new post on the various space missions to be carried on in the year 2018 and in the year coming ahead.

It is a revolutionary discovery which may take part in deciding future of the world and the entire humankind. Lets see what all Space Mission to be carried out in this year !!

The first mission of the year of 2018 will be Cartosat 2F Satellite launch; it will be launch in the month of January 2018 by PSLV XL Rocket. The Cartosat-2 series satellites, primary objective is to providing high-resolution picture of specific spot. Some of the picture taken by Cartosat satellite is like this.

The Next mission will be the launch of GSAT-6A satellite. This satellite will be launch in the month of February 2018 by GSLV Mark II Rocket. GSAT-6A satellite is a communication satellite.

Coming to next mission will be the launch of IRNSS-1I Navigation Satellite. This satellite will be launch in the month of February or March 2018 by PSLV XL Rocket IRNSS-1I Navigation Satellite will replace old IRNSS-1A Navigation Satellite.

Coming to the next Mission will be the launch of Chandrayaan 2, which is a second Lunar mission by India, this mission will be launch in the month of March 2018 by GSLV Mark II Rocket.

The next mission will be followed by the Launch of Team Indus Rover and Japanese Team HAKUTO Rover. This mission will be launch in first quarter of 2018 by ***PSLV XL rocket, which is part of Google lunar X Prize Mission.

The next mission will be the launch of GSAT 7A Satellite. This satellite will be launch in 2018 by GSLV Mark II Rocket. GSAT 7A Satellite is an Advanced Military communications satellite meant exclusively for the Indian Air Force.

The Next launch will be the launch of GISAT 1 Satellite or also known as GEO Imaging Satellite. It will be launch in 2018 by GSLV Mark II Rocket. GISAT 1 Satellite is geo-imaging satellite for providing images quickly during disasters.

The next mission will be the launch of GSAT 20 Communication Satellite; this satellite will be launch in the year of 2018 by GSLV Mark III Rocket. This satellite will revolutionize internet speed in India. It will be India’s first fully Electric Propulsion Enabled Satellite, which can be five to six times more efficient than chemical-based propulsion.

The Next mission will be the launch of Aditya L1 Spacecraft. This satellite will be launch next year in 2019 by PSLV XL Rocket. This spacecraft will be the first Indian space mission to study the Sun, and also the first Indian mission to be placed at Lagrangian Point L1, that is far away from the Earth from where continuous solar observations are possible. Only NASA and European Space Agency have successfully placed satellites at the Lagrangian Point L1 till date.

Coming to the next mission will be the launch of India’s Venus Orbiter Mission. This orbiter will be launch in the year 2020 by PSLV XL Rocket. The 1500 Kg spacecraft will study the atmosphere of Venus.

On the next mission will be the launch of India’s second Mars Mission also known as Mangalyaan 2. This spacecraft will be launch by the year 2020 by GSLV Mark II Rocket. It will consist of an Orbiter, and may include a Lander and a Rover.

The next launch will be the launch of world’s most expensive NISAR Satellite. This satellite will be launch in the year of 2022 by GSLV Mark II Rocket. This mission is a joint project between NASA and ISRO to co-develop satellite. The satellite will be the first Radar Imaging Satellite that will use dual frequency.
