RARE Silver 2010 € 20 Finland Lunar Surface PCGS PR70DC

This is probably my favorite silver coin. It has a PCGS population of three in this condition. Here are some details on the coin:

Proof Mintage: 10,000 - Minted by the Mint of Finland. The theme was selected by the public, who voted on the Mint's website for art student Roope Määttä's design. According to Määttä, the coin depicts a moment when an impossible thing comes to pass and another goal is set and shows the importance of always remembering one's roots.
