I am a Brazilian. My elder daughter is a permanent resident in Canada and I spend a great part of the year with her. Constitutional silver is how many of the American preppers call the junk silver.
Yes I think junk silver is cool because 1) they aren't making any more of it, 2) it's uniform weight, & 3) cool historical legacy from when the USA economy was based on sound money.
