Oh, you know... doing some late night shopping at the K Roger and swing by the Coinstar machine. Look what I see on top.
Ended up with $0.73 cents. Included in that were (2) pre 82' coppers, (1) 1979 Canadian dime, (1) button battery and (1) 1964 silver Roosevelt dime. Not a bad first find.
i love doing this, those machines reject a lot of wheat pennies and steel war pennies, I found 2 steels and like 5 wheats in the last year, plus a neat car wash token. lol
Good finds, the 1964 dime looks in great shape. I make a point of allways looking in our local supermarkets "coin star". I had £7.60($9.50US)the other day. How do you not notice that amount of change not registering??
There was also a 1977 1/4 dollar. I don't think its worth more than face value, but it all goes in the foreign currency collection box.

Awesome finds! I always check coinstar machines, and often find change. But I have yet to pull silver!
It's stupid right? The first time I check I get silver.. it's all down hill from here
Interesting. I will start watching them, when in US. I love free silver.

That sounds like a huge score. 1977 Washington quarters are face unless uncirculated
