Hello to all my steemit friends,

I am from India and you know me by the username aviral123 on steemit platform. I joined this platform in April 2022. This platform is also for me or for those housewives who cannot go out and work. Those who think how can we find time to go out and do a job or how can we leave the children and household responsibilities?

It is a better platform for all those women, men who have retired or whatever the situation may be. To fulfill your dreams, to help in your household responsibilities and to get the maximum self-satisfaction that yes, we too can do something.

I am an active member, here I have also encouraged many high quality posts through comments, through upvotes. I have participated in many challenging competitions, from where I got a chance to learn a lot. I also participate in various community competitions. Because I get a chance to express my views, and also get a golden opportunity to read the views of others on the same topic. And we get to read good comments and also get an opportunity to make good comments. There are users from different countries here, whom we get a chance to know and understand, and gain knowledge about their culture.

Description of my roles and duties on Steemit

I had also been a mod of three communities. Steam Ladies, Steam for Lifestyle and Hindwhale communities.

I also got the opportunity to become a curator three times. Because only through the curator's upvote, any user is encouraged to do more good work.

I had also been a part of Season 20 of the Engagement Challenge. In which users were encouraged by giving them appropriate points.

I had organized many competitions as a Mod.

Why do you think you can be a good Steem representative?

• I will be a good Steem representative because I have a lot of knowledge and experience of Steemit. Being a Steem representative is a very responsible job. I have been associated with the Steemit platform for about three years and I have done my work with full dedication. I have never ignored the rules of Steemit.

• I always do transparent curation work. I want to encourage only good quality content. This election is always transparent, which has nothing to do with caste, religion and country. Similarly, I will support them through the booming Support System.

• When I do curation work, I don't have big users or small users in mind. I only focus on posts with good content, which reflects their hard work. I will support high quality posts from various communities and outside the communities through the booming support system.

• I am a constantly active member, who regularly participates in various community contests and engagement challenge.
