Just discovered the "Pickle-Back"!

Wow! It is way better than it sounds and a very manly highball. Pretty simple to make this drink. One part Jameson and one part pickle juice. I tried dill and it was awesome! I have pickling spices, ACV, and an array of whiskeys (Whiskies?) and might make a gourmet version. The salty, spicy, whiskey, and vinegar are a thing to experience. I cannot imagine what prompted someone to try it the first time, but it is a nice highball. Do not knock it before you try it!
